Inside The Dinner Fix, what you'll find are meal ideas. These are just ideals/recipe names. But all ideas are linked out to specific recipes! On those author's pages you will be able to discover ingredients, instructions, images of the recipe, and more. I've also shared some side dish suggestions with some of the meal ideas to make it a full meal idea you could use for that night's meal! (If a meal idea doesn't have a side dish suggestion, it's typically because the recipe itself already has side options/vegetables in it.)
The majority of the recipes inside ARE gluten-free. And any recipes that are not specifically gluten-free can easily be made gluten-free by swapping flours, tortillas, pasta, etc. out for gluten-free options. There are notes included in the ebook to help you with that. Some recipes are dairy-free and have alternative dairy suggestions, but many are not dairy-free. I have notes about dairy quality and options and choosing that depending on what you tolerate.
