Before feed had mostly only videos and posts about listings, not being shared about consistently past initial "new listing" post
Add more personal brand reels to become known as the local go-to and connect more with audience
Consistently post about each live listing (and more than once)
Get new listing posts out in a timely manner
Connect to audience via monthly newsletter
Feed looked more consistent and on-brand
Went from 92 IG followers to 134 followers
Client requested only 2 posts/week (one of those always being a direct sell to a listing), so reach was limited but consistently saw 4k views month after month

Add in other types of posts to address questions and objections (place them as the go-to roofing option)
Consistent, on-brand feed that matched the company's branding; new templates created
Clients did not want reels at this time, but even with 2 posts/carousels a week, their online presence was established and in a more professional way
Client felt like the company's portfolio was consistently being shared and showcased, without her having to do all of the work herself
I also assisted with new website copy and feedback for a new website they are getting designed for them
