Here's what to expect:

5 DAILY HABITS

We'll be implementing the Nourished Mom Five--five daily habits to get us into the mindset of nourishment and to practice making health a priority. This repetition is what will help us form new healthy habits! You can learn about the five habits here.

YOUR VILLAGE

Join other women who are also ready to restore their energy and finally make health a priority in their day. This challenge offers accountability and community (this is often missing for moms in their fitness journey!) so you actually show up and keep showing up. We'll be cheering each other on! You can find your village and get support for the whole month.

PREP WEEK

We'll have a kick-off call to start things off and talk through the 5 daily habits and cast a vision for our challenge. Technically it's more than 30 days together because the first week is a practice week! The official 30 days begins on after that.

COACHING

Throughout the challenge, you'll receive coaching and additional trainings besides the kick-off call. You'll discover how to streamline the habits, nourish your mind and body, and fit this alongside of your lifestyle. You also have access to me as your health coach to ask questions to for the entire challenge so you can personalize it to you!

Don't know what to eat for breakfast? I got you. Want to support better sleep? Got you covered. Want to track your daily progress with a cute tracker? Yep, it's ready. Throughout the training, I'll be sharing digital resources and tips to make this as easy as possible to implement the five habits and prioritze wellness for 30 days.
