This is one of our favorite brands of toothpaste because it contains hydroxyapatite! Many conventional toothpastes have ingredients we like to avoid, including fluoride. Hydroxyapatite is a natural ingredient that has the same benefits of fluoride but without the risks, in my opinion. HA is a naturally occurring mineral and has been proven to strengthen and protect teeth without fluoride. 

Risewell also makes a kids version that has a kid-friendly flavor. This also includes hydroxyapatite and other safe ingredients, which is great because for many kids it they swallow everything until they learn to spin so you can avoid exposures switching to a safer option.

Boka Toothbrush

Boka is another brand that creates toothpaste with hydroxyapatite. I have my toothbrush from them and really like the quality of it!

doTERRA has toothpaste available too, and theirs includes On Guard essential oil. You can get some of the benefits of that alongside the hydroxyapatite in it.

Tongue scraping is a super easy habit to include within your morning routine that promotes a healthy oral microbiome. You can easily remove build up, toxins, dead cells, etc., & it can promote better breath.

Mouth breathing is very common, but when we are sleeping, we want to be breathing through our nose! Figuring out what is behind the mouth breathing is important, but using mouth tape is an easy habit to implement to support correct breathing at night! This tape isn't specifically made for it, but it's work well. There is also mouth taping specific tape available out there.
