LET'S DO IT
This is content outsourcing that actually moves the needle, so you can scale without the stress.
GET STARTED
Hi! I’m Kensi, a content & marketing virtual assistant for creatives, coaches, and service providers who are amazing at what they do but need help showing up like it.
I've been a virtual assistant for the past 6 years and quickly realized most of my clients didn’t need basic admin help. They needed someone to bridge the gap between their ideas and execution.
Now, I offer done-with-you content and marketing support that lives in the sweet spot between a task-focused VA and a distant marketing agency.
I don’t just “take things off your plate." I make sure your content reflects YOU and your brand. I'm here to be your content partner when you’re ready to finally get seen like the expert you are!
After our call, I'll send over a custom package recommendation. Once you select and sign on, you'll get a detailed onboarding form & dashboard where I gather everything! From there, we'll map out your content strategy and start pulling ideas you already have.
We’ll hop on a quick discovery call to talk through what kind of content you need and what outcomes you're hoping for. Whether it's Instagram posts, Pinterest, a Canva guide, or something else, this is where we figure out your biggest priorities.
Fill out the short form below and tell me what’s going on with your content right now (no judgment zone). Let me know your goals and why you're looking for support. I'd love to hear what you're looking for in working together!
You stay focused on your clients, while I bring your content to life! I handle the execution so your ideas finally make it to the feed and you start showing up consistently. You can be involved at any point. The main focus is that it's finally getting done!
SEE WHAT MY CLIENTS ARE SAYING
When you’re feeling stretched thin in business, a virtual assistant is often the first place people turn, and that’s great. But a lot of the time, it’s not admin help you actually need. What I kept seeing with my clients was this: they didn’t need someone to organize their inbox or schedule calls. They needed someone to help them get their content out of their head and into the world. That’s why I specialize as a marketing and content assistant.
This is where I am skilled and have worked with many clients on. As a content VA, I support you with the strategy and the execution, turning your ideas, voice notes, wins, core beliefs, polarizing opinions, and offers into consistent, on-brand content. Think: emails, Reels, carousels, Pinterest content, podcast, blogs, Canva guides, or even client-facing docs. It’s a mix of done-with-you and done-for-you support, like having a content partner who’s just as invested in your voice and brand as you are.
Yes! But in a way that doesn’t feel like more work. I initially pull from what you're already doing: voice notes, Voxers, past posts, podcasts, portfolio, etc. so that it stays really true to your brand. I know you already have ideas that you just need executed on, so that steers a lot of direction! That being said, I also pull in other strategy pieces to make sure we're taking a well-rounded approach to content (like addressing objections, new growth, and your overall brand positioning). I pay attention to trends that may work well with your brand and account, create fresh content, and we use data to adjust things along the way.
You stay in the loop and can approve posts before they're scheduled (plus we have quarterly calls to discuss your business and offers), but I handle the shaping, writing, and polishing (to truly save you time!). My clients have shared how they feel like things are finally off of their plate, getting done, while still staying true to them.
"Working with you has been so seamless and it feels like things have actually been taken off my list compared to past experiences where I still had to do a lot of the work to get to the finish line. I love how proactive and consistent you are, and I'm incredibly grateful to have you on my team."
